Nest In The Mountains is a privately owned A-frame vacation home tucked into the Green Mountains of Vermont — designed for families, groups of friends, and anyone who needs to truly unplug.
How it started
Owning a home in Vermont had been a childhood dream of mine - one of those dreams that quietly stays with you through the years.
When my sister married, she and her husband purchased a beautiful property in Pawlet. I came to visit them three years ago and immediately fell in love with this corner of Vermont: the peaceful countryside, the mountain views, the changing seasons, and the feeling that life moves at a gentler pace here. When it was time to leave, I simply did not want to go.
That visit inspired my brother and me to turn a lifelong dream into something real. We partnered to purchase five beautiful acres in Pawlet, a property made even more special by the historic farmhouse that remains part of its story and a familiar local landmark.
Together, we built Nest - a warm, welcoming mountain home designed for gathering, relaxing, and reconnecting with the people who matter most. Every room was created with comfort in mind, while the windows and outdoor spaces celebrate the natural beauty surrounding the home.
Nest began as a childhood dream, became a family adventure, and is now a place we are honored to share.
